Project management and plinth construction of NZ Steel Glenbrook Mills 50th anniversary commemorative sculpture.

60 tonnes of concrete make up the plinth for the almost two tonnes of steel that make up the statue.

• Complex multi-stage concrete pour.
• Hours of polishing and sealing concrete. 

Local artist Fred Graham designed the eight-meter art sculpture that Hornell Industries manufactured.
