- Billet Caster Project
Installation of a new 4 strain billet caster and ladle metallurgy furnace. As head civil contractor we carried out the extensive demolition of existing concrete floors and foundations. Concrete foundations and floor slabs were then constructed and multiple large concrete support columns along with a 10m high in situ concrete billet caster.
- Industrial plant to warehouse conversion project
Over 2000m3 of concrete poured in a highly congested changing environment. Removing redundant plant and converting the space to a 6000sqm logistics warehouse.
- Architectural sea wall and boat ramp
Staged construction of a 40mpa concrete terraced seawall including all galvanised reinforcing, formwork and concrete placing. The boat ramp being 40MPa exposed aggregate concrete.
- Commercial design and build of industrial units
Bulk site excavations varied height retaining walls, Extensive concrete foundations, Architectural precast panel design and install. Including a 2000sqm yard slab.
